**Household chat (Ostrander family group)**
**Dad (Sam):** Who's been ringing the doorbell all day? Nobody has come to the house.
**Mum (Rhea):** Parcel guy maybe? The app says it's a person not a parcel.
**Sam:** Doesn't say which parcel. Just person. Standing very still on the step.
**Ellie (26):** can u check the clip from 12:20
**Sam:** Watched it. It's a woman in a blue coat looking at the camera for 4 mins. She doesn't blink. The app says she's "unrecognised."
**Rhea:** I've seen her. She waved at me from the window this morning. I waved back, didn't I.
**Ellie:** Mum you didn't. You were asleep. I was up. I saw you wave at her from the bed.
**Rhea:** Right. Sorry.

**Clip review · 23:58 · Front Door (Gen 3)**
*Motion: 3 people. Recognised: 2 (Sam Ostrander, Rhea Ostrander). Unrecognised: 1.*
The clip shows the front step at night. The porch light is off. Sam and Rhea are visible in the hall, through the glass panel of the door, both standing still, both facing the door from the inside.
Between them and the door, on the step, a third figure stands with its back to the camera. It is wearing a blue coat. Its hand is raised, flat, against the glass. The hand is small and pale, pressed at the height of a seated person's shoulder.

**Support ticket (opened 23 Oct, 07:02)**
*Subject: Doorbell showing a person inside the house*
*Our front door camera says there's a person on the step every time we open the door. The app shows them clearly. When I look through the glass there's nobody, but the camera says there's a woman in a blue coat looking up at it. She's not moving. The app also says she's been there for three days.*
**Support reply (automated):** Thank you for reporting an issue. Please check that the camera's view is not obstructed. Please remove any reflective surfaces.
