Who provides the service

The service is provided by The Unseen Index. Contact: [email protected]. Postal address: Siheung-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. These terms apply to this deployment, not to unrelated apps that use the same source code.

Eligibility and agreement

You must be at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter this agreement where you live. This base service is not intended for children. Review these terms and the Privacy Notice before creating an account. Privacy information is not blanket consent to optional data processing.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, keep passwords and signing devices secure, and contact the operator about suspected misuse. Do not use another person’s identity or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits or access controls. Optional sign-in methods are shown only when enabled.

Your content

You retain rights in the content you submit. You grant only the permission needed to host, store, back up and display it to you and authorized administrators to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to your content. The service shows advertising served by Google AdSense, described in the Privacy Notice and Cookies pages; it has no AI-training integration.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, malware or another person’s confidential data; harass others; infringe intellectual property; overload the service; or access another user’s resources. Do not upload highly sensitive or regulated data to this general-purpose preview.

Charges and third-party services

The base interface does not offer a paid plan. If an operator enables paid services, prices, taxes, renewal, cancellation and applicable withdrawal/refund rights must be presented before purchase. Optional identity/payment providers have their own notices. Merely opening these legal pages does not contact those providers.

Service changes and termination

You can sign out at any time and request account closure through Contact & privacy requests. The operator may restrict unlawful or abusive use proportionately and, where appropriate, provide notice and an opportunity to appeal. Material terms changes require a new effective version and appropriate notice; they do not retroactively remove mandatory rights.

Mandatory rights and responsibility

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain the service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not promised. Nothing excludes non-excludable liability, fraud or other responsibility that applicable law requires. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights where you live prevail over conflicting terms. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.

Disputes and language

Contact the operator first to try to resolve a concern. Competent courts, regulators and remedies available under mandatory law remain available. This English notice is the common reference text; any translation must not reduce mandatory local rights. No specific court or governing country has been invented for an unconfigured operator.
